Refund Policy: Customer may submit a request for any refund by contacting PAAS Network customer services via info@paasnetwork.com Refund requests submitted through other means shall not be eligible for a refund. No refunds shall be given for services paid or credit acquired through vouchers or gift cards. PAAS Network reserves the right to deny repetitive refund requests. Customer may ask for a refund within 72 hours of Customer’s payment. All refunds shall be paid either through the original payment method used, or any other reasonable payment method to be determined by PAAS Network, and addressed to the person that deposited the credit initially. A refund may take up to 30 days to process from date of Customer’s request date. PAAS Network will refund Customer’s credit balance in the event Customer terminates Customer’s User Account as permitted under this Agreement, or in the event that PAAS Network terminates this Agreement without cause. Any abuse by Customer of the terms relating to refunds hereunder shall lead to the termination of this Agreement.
